Perhaps we have learned the terminology, the buzz words, but dont have the ability to connect the pieces of the puzzle to truly understand. More specifically, we have too much information for our formatory apparatus to properly handle. I have written this book as another tool to help us to bridge the gap between having information and the possibility for real understanding. So if my efforts provide new understandings, wonderful. If the Awakening Exercises helps one to develop self-observation, fantastic!
