La herramienta SOPHIE es una estrategia que pretende mejorar la cultura de seguridad en las instituciones, sin generar carga asistencial del personal de salud, para reconocer las barreras y facilitadores del contexto específico, con una base académica que motive cambios actitudinales en el personal, la cual puede ser implementada en contextos similares a los de las instituciones incluidas en esta implementación de la herramienta.
