A subsequent human revision was done primarily in terms of content, so that the book will read stylistically differently from a conventional translation. She leads the postgraduate master's program in Coaching, Supervision, and Organizational Consulting (COS) in addition to teaching in the psychology programs. Jannik Zimmermann, M.Sc. is a business psychologist and coach. He has been working as a research associate at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Counseling at the University of Kassel since 2020. His research interests relate to work-related counseling formats.
