Once I found the information I had been searching for, I realized that our bodies function perfectly; my body had been functioning perfectly according to the imput I was giving it. Our bodies are not as complicated as we are taught; they are highly sensitive organic technology.I have designed the NAKED process, outlined in this book, to guide you back into your body. It is an education about what caused any imbalances, physical or emotional, in your perfect operating system of a body to begin with. It also offers explanations to some of the pervading myths and mysteries in the current health community.
