The benchmark of a 20% increase in staff knowledge of effective communication skills and patients' satisfaction in specific areas of the project outcomes. Ultimately, investing in a communication education training intervention can translate into organizational policy change, improved population health, improved technological strategies, reduced healthcare costs, increased revenue within the organization, and improved healthcare delivery.
