In this issue we will continue four lines of ministry. The first line--The History of the Lord's Recovery--contains chapters 5 through 8 of The Advance of the Lord's Recovery Today, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1989. These chapters cover the perfecting of the saints by the gifts, prophesying for the building up of the church as the organic Body of Christ, and how to carry out the New Testament priesthood of the gospel according to the Lord's up-to-date recovery. The second line--Words for New Believers--contains chapters 25 and 26 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 2, and chapters 27 and 28 of Crucial Truths in the Holy Scriptures, Volume 3, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1932–1949. These chapters cover topics related to being led by the Lord, doing the will of God, being filled with the Holy Spirit, and preaching the gospel. The third line--Maturing in Life--begins with chapters 1 through 4 of a new book, The Kingdom, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1972. These chapters speak of the kingdom in the New Testament, the coming of the kingdom and its process, God's goal being the kingdom, and the seed of the kingdom. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 18 through 21 of God's New Testament Economy, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1984. These chapters cover the Spirit of Christ, the anointing Spirit, and the seven Spirits.

These chapters cover the two aspects of prayer being fellowship and inquiring and also learning to fellowship with God and being used by Him. The third line--Maturing in Life--contains chapters 47 through 50 of Perfecting Training, which are in volume 1 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1980. These chapters speak of sons of God under the leading of the divine life, the constituents of the leading of the Spirit, knowing the leading of the Spirit by putting to death the practices of the body, and being led by the Spirit by enjoying His all-inclusive indwelling. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--contains chapters 11 and 12 of The Triune God's Revelation and His Move, which are in volume 3 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1994–1997. These chapters cover the Triune God's revelation and His move in the New Testament and also the visions and God's move. Then this line continues with chapters 1 and 2 of The Issue of the Dispensing of the Processed Trinity and the Transmitting of the Transcending Christ, which are in volume 2 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1993. These chapters cover the issue of God the Father's dispensing speaking forth God's eternal purpose and the issue of the Son's dispensing speaking forth the accomplishment of God's eternal purpose.

These chapters focus on God's history in time through His restoration of the judged universe and creation of man, through His saving of man from his fall, through His working on His saints from Abel to Noah and His judging of the world from Cain to Babel, and through His working on His elect from Abraham to Joseph.

These chapters cover the nature and function of the kingdom reward and God's thought concerning the kingdom reward. The fourth line--The High Peak of the Divine Revelation--continues with chapters 11 through 13 of The History of God in His Union with Man, which are in volume 4 of The Collected Works of Witness Lee, 1991–1992. These chapters focus on God's history in time from the creation of the universe to the final judgment at the great white throne.
