The author tries to adapt the "Anticipation" and "Incursion" mental constructs within the deeper and not congruent senses of some constructs embedded into the recent humankind flow of: "Information Society", "Knowledge Society", "Consciousness Society", within the construction of Anticipatory // Infra/Hyper-Incursive Neural and Social tasks, to elicit a Dual Comprehension onto Variety and Invariance. It is presented a Human-Machine Interface conceptual case study: A-I-A as dual to B-D-E. Internetron, Planetron, and Sociotron -- as constructs -- which are firstly introduced, here and now. All these pretend an intelligent design for the contemporary Human-Machine Interface. One part of this fundamental intelligent trend (as background for the desired design) is the Anticipatory/Incursive Task. It is both, individual neural, collective neural, evolving/becoming, only and only so, as a social aggregated task. So, it would be an original contribution within the contemporary systemic and cybernetic research, if it fulfils toward/from the desired intelligent societal reality. These two aspects: social and societal, and the relevance of the anticipation and incursion deepness are recent scientific acquisitions, and the authors proposes all these as near future research, and also as a long term research within a consistent reaction from the social and societal realm(s). It is an attempt to the duality of variety and invariance; there may be a contribution. Beyond the crisp historically documented Romanian academic (1866) and university (middle of the XIXth century) drawn up - bearing in mind a surprising Schei Brasov church quasi-university school with a continuity from the XIIIth century - here is proposed a two folded synthetic drawn up overview research upon: 1. The (non)systemic Romanian original research on Parallel Tasks Systems/included into Numerical and Computational Methods for the Systems Analysis and Synthesis Problems, and related topics and the knowledge transfer regarding English research interest. 2. The (a)systemic potential of some new possible disciplines: Neuro_Engineering, Neuro_Management, Neuro_Cybernetics; an insight regarding the modelling versus non_parallel_tasks and parallel_tasks artifacts world(s). Regarding the synergy of the above topics, this study mentions the valuable original findings from the Romanian professors and academicians from the Mathematics domain, and from the Automatic Control and System Engineering domain. Also, there are presented the backgrounds, the main works, and the intellectual connections from outside Romania, and inside, for Professor Marcel Stoica (1972-2005), and for Professor Nicolae Bulz (1995-2005). The two co-authors' work "Parteneriat creativ de bunastare / Reconstructie, modelare, simulare, emulare intru natura, societate, gandire", Editura AISTEDA, Bucuresti, 2004, ("Creative Partnership on Welfare: the Reconstruction, Models, Simulation, Emulation regarding Nature, Society, Thinking"). This work has other three prominent co-authors/within its first edition - and totalizing other eight prominent co-authors within the three editions. The work, being inward nature, society, thinking, comprises, finally, a Charta of the Creative Partnership. So, this Charta is originally proposed by the two co-authors during the 2003 summer. Certainly that this Charta remains intro and extro open, but also intro and extro closed - and yet was inspiring and drawn up seriaa of other correlated and concordant works. Two hundred and forty-five papers from authors from thirty-three countries of all the five continents are included. The papers are presented in an abridged form in order to highlight the main themes and produce a book that is both readable and relatively inexpensive. It was felt that after the publication of the weighty and rather costly form of the Proceedings of the Third International Congress of Cybernetics and Systems held in Bucharest, Romania in 1975 (Modern Trends in Cybernetics and Systems, eds. Rose and Bilciu, W. O. G. S. c. and Springer-Verlag, 1977; 3 volumes about 3500 pages; $150), an abridged but comprehen sive version would be more acceptable to readers. It is worth noting that the full names and addresses of authors are given for each paper, and requests to authors for more information and even full-scale papers would produce a positive response. As a matter of interest, each paper carries, in addition, brief summaries. The papers are arranged in each section or symposium in the alphabetical order of authors' names; this is not necessarily the order of presentation at the Congress.
