Simonton, a Committee of three was appointed to examine proxies, and to ascertain the amount of Stock represented in the meeting. The following persons were appointed said committee, Viz, Robert F. Simonton, Dr. Alexander M. Nesbitt, and Richard A. Caldwell. A majority of the stock being represented, the meeting proceeded to business.
