Como estrategias auxiliares se plantea lo que es la Reingeniería de Valores y Virtudes, se analizan las Bases Filosóficas para Jerarquizar los Valores Operantes, Reales; y se propone la sana jerarquía de los Nueve Valores Universales, así como el rechazo de los Contravalores.
