Stephen Paul Blake lives in Fruit Cove, outside Jacksonville, Florida and is the single Dad of Matthew and Austin. He has been blessed to receive the Eagle Scout and Vigil Honors from the Boy Scouts of America, along with Six Sigma Green Belt and Professional Engineering Registrations. Even after graduating from Duke Engineering, his life was still not always on an even keel, but then was a good moment to rededicate and begin to really grow in the Lord. With that faith his work brought him to the Carolinas, Upstate New York, and Florida. Stephen found construction project work to be steady, gaining the administrative, field, and managerial skills needed for senior responsibilities. Large projects that called for estimating and progress tracking spreadsheets became his specialty, as can be seen with a quick look through Transition Trading. After a generation of construction project involvement, he decided to incorporate Workplace Management Inc. to share his process and project management experience. It was during that time he was introduced to the modern trading and analytical software era. Success was fleeting, so after helping a couple of clients, he went back to the regular work force - the Job. This last employment made him "lie down in green pastures" in order to learn a new skill. Yet after experiencing many trading books, day trading restrictions, and poor options forecasts, his interest had waned. That apathy ended when Stephen discovered the ultimate in leverage and liquidity in the stock index futures class - the E-Mini. Months of honing the trading rules, developing the habits to follow them, and completing work assignments has led to the point where he can start helping others and sharing the Gospel - the Calling. No doubt God has been working in his life. Can He do the same for you?

Download and read online ebook Equity Markets in Transition write by Reto Francioni. This book was released on 2017-01-17. Equity Markets in Transition available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. This book underscores the complexity of the equity markets, the challenges they face, and the fact that they are still a work in process. Three interacting forces drive market change: competition, technology change, and regulatory change. The markets have one major objective in particular to achieve: the delivery of accurate price discovery for both traders and the broader market. Are we getting it? Are competition, technology, and regulation acting together to improve market quality, or are they adding to the complexity of the markets and making accurate price discovery harder to achieve? The difficulty of addressing these issues and reaching a consensus regarding public policy is reflected in the diverse opinions expressed in this book. From an institutional perspective, the volume’s contributors highlight the interconnectedness of all aspects of the internal and external environment within which exchange organizations act. Equity Markets in Transition underscores how technological evolution and recent regulatory changes have influenced the business, and how these developments have opened new possibilities for exchange organizations and for equity markets as a whole, including such issues as the impact of equity markets on job creation. The book combines both a theoretical and a practical approach. Part I presents a theoretical overview of the international equity market business, including an overall description of the value chain of stock trading that includes deep dives on every decisive step. Part II contains contributions from various business specialists who have specific practical and academic knowledge of the different steps. Equity Markets in Transition represents a unique combination of theoretical and practical analysis that offers first-hand insights on all relevant interactions and interrelations among the various parts of the exchange business, with an emphasis on facilitating analysis of the status quo and of emerging trends regarding business models, regulation, and the development of the competitor, customer and investor sides.

Download and read online ebook Economic Management and Transition Towards a Market Economy write by Anthony T.H. Chin. This book was released on 1996. Economic Management and Transition Towards a Market Economy available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Much attention has been focused in recent years on the transformation of the economies of Eastern and Central Europe and the former Soviet Union. However, a growing demand for policy advice, technical assistance and expertise is also coming from Asian reforming countries such as China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. In addition, business communities abroad are increasingly interested in exploring investment and marketing opportunities in these reforming countries. Such developments are too important to overlook or ignore. The transformation of socialist economies towards market-based systems entails an unusually wide range of problems. Studies of related topics are complicated by the speed of the changes and the lack of clear historical precedents. Although the structural features of Asian reforming economies are in important ways different from those of the Eastern European economies, all socialist economies share similar fundamental conditions on the eve of economic reform which raise a similar set of reform issues. This volume brings together a rich collection of expertise and information in an attempt to shed some light on the transitional process in Asia. The contributions are by no means exhaustive. However, they provide the reader and analyst with an excellent starting point to the problems and prospects which are specific to Asian transforming economies.
