The 10 Immutable Principles For Guaranteed Fruitfulness In Your Life, Business, Career & Family. Many have asked themselves this question for years in the secrets of their hearts and corners of their souls, “I was asked to give in faith, which I did on the promise that I would reap abundant blessings in my finances, family and career. Well, I have been giving for years and I have not seen this harvest that the bible and men of God have promised. What happened to my harvest?” I recognize that the issue of giving and receiving has become a very touchy matter in the Christian community and beyond. The Word of God did say in Luke 6:38 that when you give, you will receive the same measure pressed down shaken together and Malachi 3:14 also assures us that if we bring our tithes and offerings into the storehouse, the Lord will rebuke the devourer for our sakes and open the windows of heaven and pour out such a great blessing that we will not have enough room to contain it. It is also a fact that men of God from every tribe and denomination have used these bible verses and others like it to preach the guaranteed harvest for those who give generously, in good measure and constantly. Some Pastors have even gone on record to assure people of 24-hour miracles or guaranteed immediate blessings just by writing a check or daring to give something today. Many have given in faith and trust in the promises of the Word or on the promises of the men of God asking for the money. However, the truth on the ground is that many are yet to see the harvest or blessings guaranteed by the Word and the prophets of the Word. Not a few people have wondered secretly in their hearts about what really happened to their harvest? Is the Word of God concerning giving and receiving really true? Have the pastors been conning me all along just to get the little I have so that they can build their big churches and buy private jets? This issue of receiving the expected harvest has led some to stop giving altogether because of unrealized expectations from giving while others have stopped listening to requests to give generously for special kingdom work. Yet, others have left the church altogether from the disappointment of unrealized expectations from giving, convinced that the whole Christianity thing is a hoax simply because they never received the harvest they were promised. At the Cyber Embassy, we irrevocably believe that though every word and line written in the bible is God inspired and infallible, many have not received their harvest as promised by the Word because they have failed to follow some inescapable principles that are embedded in the Word of God and without which they cannot get their harvest. We believe that most of God’s promises in the bible, particularly on the issue of giving to receive are conditional promises that could only be actualized when some indispensable principles and laws are obeyed. The key to understanding what happened to your harvest is tied up in what I called ‘THE LAW OF THE SEED’. The Law of the Seed is a combination of 10 essential principles, all of which must be honored before you can ever hope to receive your promised harvest. The question of what happened to my harvest is a very relevant one for every genuine and sincere giver who desired to understand what it takes to realize the promises of God on the issue of giving. In this book, we will take this issue of WHAT HAPPENED TO MY HARVEST and explain to you without any spins why you many have not been receiving your harvest and show you the 10 principles you must follow to guarantee all-round fruitfulness in every area of your life, family and business

A WALL STREET JOURNAL FAVORITE FOOD BOOK OF THE EAR From the author of Queen Sugar—now a critically acclaimed series on OWN directed by Ava Duvernay—comes a beautiful exploration and celebration of black farming in America. In this impressive anthology, Natalie Baszile brings together essays, poems, photographs, quotes, conversations, and first-person stories to examine black people’s connection to the American land from Emancipation to today. In the 1920s, there were over one million black farmers; today there are just 45,000. Baszile explores this crisis, through the farmers’ personal experiences. In their own words, middle aged and elderly black farmers explain why they continue to farm despite systemic discrimination and land loss. The "Returning Generation"—young farmers, who are building upon the legacy of their ancestors, talk about the challenges they face as they seek to redress issues of food justice, food sovereignty, and reparations. These farmers are joined by other influential voices, including noted historians Analena Hope Hassberg and Pete Daniel, and award-winning author Clyde W. Ford, who considers the arrival of Africans to American shores; and James Beard Award-winning writers and Michael Twitty, reflects on black culinary tradition and its African roots. Poetry and inspirational quotes are woven into these diverse narratives, adding richness and texture, as well as stunning four-color photographs from photographers Alison Gootee and Malcom Williams, and Baszile’s personal collection. As Baszile reveals, black farming informs crucial aspects of American culture—the family, the way our national identity is bound up with the land, the pull of memory, the healing power of food, and race relations. She reminds us that the land, well-earned and fiercely protected, transcends history and signifies a home that can be tended, tilled, and passed to succeeding generations with pride. We Are Each Other’s Harvest elevates the voices and stories of black farmers and people of color, celebrating their perseverance and resilience, while spotlighting the challenges they continue to face. Luminous and eye-opening, this eclectic collection helps people and communities of color today reimagine what it means to be dedicated to the soil.

Download and read online ebook American Harvest write by Marie Mutsuki Mockett. This book was released on 2020-04-07. American Harvest available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. An epic story of the American wheat harvest, the politics of food, and the culture of the Great Plains For over one hundred years, the Mockett family has owned a seven-thousand-acre wheat farm in the panhandle of Nebraska, where Marie Mutsuki Mockett’s father was raised. Mockett, who grew up in bohemian Carmel, California, with her father and her Japanese mother, knew little about farming when she inherited this land. Her father had all but forsworn it. In American Harvest, Mockett accompanies a group of evangelical Christian wheat harvesters through the heartland at the invitation of Eric Wolgemuth, the conservative farmer who has cut her family’s fields for decades. As Mockett follows Wolgemuth’s crew on the trail of ripening wheat from Texas to Idaho, they contemplate what Wolgemuth refers to as “the divide,” inadvertently peeling back layers of the American story to expose its contradictions and unhealed wounds. She joins the crew in the fields, attends church, and struggles to adapt to the rhythms of rural life, all the while continually reminded of her own status as a person who signals “not white,” but who people she encounters can’t quite categorize. American Harvest is an extraordinary evocation of the land and a thoughtful exploration of ingrained beliefs, from evangelical skepticism of evolution to cosmopolitan assumptions about food production and farming. With exquisite lyricism and humanity, this astonishing book attempts to reconcile competing versions of our national story.
